Our Mission

EngXcel’s mission is to respect equality, diversity and inclusion in helping people from the global community to learn English.

We aim to provide a supportive and welcoming environment which enables all our students to develop their English language skills to the full and to explore British life and values, as well as encouraging tolerance and cultural awareness amongst all our staff, students and partners.

Ensuring comfort, safety and wellbeing in our school community is at the heart of everything we do.

At EngXcel we’re a family! We're always looking for our kind of people to join our friendly and professional team. We employ people who apply the same amount of care and passion to their jobs as we do – people who put our students at the heart of everything they do.

At peak times of year we welcome new people on board to help with increases in student numbers. If you are interested in joining our team please contact us.

 We offer:

  • opportunities to work as part of our family in a lively, fast-paced and rewarding environment
  • Continuous Professional Development opportunities
  • flexible contracts
  • a competitive salary

Recruitment Process
